What we collect
Dentists: name, email, phone, country, registration details, certificates, chamber details, photo and blog content. Patients: name, email, phone and the reason for the visit when booking.
Who can see it
Patient booking details are visible only to the dentist you book and to our system for sending emails. Admins see bookings in masked form. Certificates are stored privately and are only visible to our verification team.
Why we use it
To verify dentists, manage appointments, send booking and security emails, and keep the platform safe from spam and fraud.
Your choices
Dentists can ask to deactivate or delete their account from their dashboard. Patients can cancel bookings from the link in their email and can ask us to delete their data by contacting us.
