What does "verified dentist" mean on Dental Chambers?

Every dentist profile on Dental Chambers that shows a Verified badge has gone through a check by our team. Here is what that means in plain words.

What we check

  • The dentist's name and registration number match the official dental council or authority of their country.
  • The registration is current, and we note when it expires so it can be re-checked.
  • Supporting documents, such as a registration certificate, are uploaded by the dentist and seen only by our verification team. They are never shown to the public.

What the badge does not mean

The badge shows that the dentist is registered to practise. It is not a guarantee of any treatment result, and it does not mean that Dental Chambers provides the treatment. Dentists are independent and responsible for the care they give.

What happens to a profile that is not verified

A dentist who has signed up but not been verified is not listed publicly. If a registration expires, is withdrawn, or the details turn out to be false, we can suspend or remove the profile.

Reviews

Reviews come from patients who booked through the site. We check them for abuse and spam, but we do not judge whether what they say is right.

If something looks wrong

If you think a profile is inaccurate, tell us through the contact form and we will look into it.
